I bought these just as some light stuff on the sides of my sound studio and they work fairly well

It's a cheap and super hollow door, but now blocks sound as well as my living room door, and it looks stylish as heck with the alternating directions!As a side note, if you want to sound proof a window for really cheap, you could screw anchors in to a wall, run wire / twine / string from one side of the window to the other, and stuff bulky cloth materials between the twine and window (like pillows, quilts, and stuff)... and now you have an extra dark and quiet bedroom for awesome sleep any time of day!

The product does what it is supposed to but isn't the best looking or highest quality

I am going to throw them out and get better quality ones.

The quality of foam was great and much cheaper than other products I shopped around for

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for the best foam quality and price.

I wasn't expecting performance nearly as good as the 2" foam, but I did expect this to perform better than it does.

The package was damaged on every angle and the product itself is basically a cheap foam mattress, not actual sound proofing material like the rest of my panels

Got this 48 pack for an in home amateur recording studio and they work as well as a 1 inch thick foam tile should work

What I got was a bunch of flimsy, paper like, peices of unusable foam

I'd definitely look into getting better quality foam next time.

Amazon suggested the 3M spray with these, and I love 3M products...but, Loctite 200 strength spray adhesive is cheaper by the ounce, seems a bit less toxic/industrial-y, and does the job well.

Price was right good buy

These are a good buy and I pretty much did my whole studio including ceiling for $150.

The green compound ( depending on the size of the room ) can get kind of pricey but this is probably the most cost-effective way to ACTUALLY soundproof a room for relatively cheap and not just 'improve' sound.

Don't really kill the sound completely.

They DO NOT STOP SOUND, they just improve sound inside a room, usually for recording voice or other things along that line

I went though with scissors and trimmed every imperfect piece.

Some pieces have extra foam hanging off, it's not the biggest deal though

Every piece is defective with tiny pieces of foam sticking out

In the second picture that entire pile are all defective pieces that have that same defect on the ends of them.
