When I tried different charge cords, the bottom port still has the same issue - sometimes it works, sometimes it won't charge.
For the tech-averse: Each port supplies what an iPad charger supplies, except you're now getting two on the same brick.
Also, the one port that does work is not charging my phone very fast at all, much slower than even my other off-brand charging block that probably came from China
This was a great charger port, with the very convenient 2 USB ports and it seemed to charge everything extra fast
The dual ports make it easy to charge and iPad and iPhone at the same time

Seems to be good quality, worked as it should, appreciated the built-in power indicator light so it's easy to verify the selected outlet has power etc.
Excellent so far as with all the Anker products I have purchased to this point.
Apparently they must have a LOT of bad batches because it happened to the one I received too
Between all the guests, their kids, it seems like everyone has multiple devices, so having two ports on each block is helpful, and it is small enough it doesn't block the other power outlet on the wall (a problem we had with others).Highly recommend - A+

but I don't feel like the phone gets quite as hot as when I use the official Samsung charger (I realize that's not very scientific, so just take it with a grain of salt :))
I am hopeful that the seller will update the product information at the bottom, as well as under the price, where the "note" of it not working with Samsung devices is up on the top and easy to find and not need so many returns.
Charger is bigger than description states and material feels like cheap plastic that will melt while trying to charge electronics
The outside plastic and all parts have no damage at all, it just completely stopped working
This charger is perfect for my everyday use as well as for travel.
