I'm super excited and very, very, very pleased and satisfied with the excellent customer Service, that they followed up with me about the product and actually care about their customers
Update : a few days ago, I originally rated this to 2-3 stars because my cable stopped working after 2 months, but I'm changing my rating to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service

I love Anker - but this quit working after 1 day, and bought a few of these
and I'm glad Anker Warranty Customer Service understands that
Anker replaced it and the new one failed one first use
All I know is, it's being returned because it's as good as
The blue anker I bought is good the red one I got quit working after a few days but customer service quickly replaced it free of charge and was very helpful

This is a very durable product and have other products from this company
Like with any other Anker product this cable is another example of a great product
I tried it on many different devices, with many different wall plugs and outlets, only to come to the conclusion that this cord is just a terrible product
I am very disappointed in this purchase, and I believe that all of the hype words describing this product are false, as it is not even close to the world's most durable charger
It's such a small little thing, but it made me smile, and it includes all the helpful info you need to handle liking and disliking the product

After about a month the charger started to lose its connection and fall out of the charging port
If you want a durable sturdy charger this is definitely the one.
My last 3 chargers all had the same issue, the prongs were weak and now my cables do not work unless messed with/held down
If you need a longer, durable cable that works properly with a fast charger, and don't want to pay stupid prices for some wire and rubber, then this is your solution
Before I discovered this charger, all my other chargers would mess up

Nice company, nice usb cables, you wouldn't go wrong with it.
But, excellent for my other USB needs and easy to identify as mine.
Also works with the Anker USB C adapters I purchased for my phone.
Person in support explained that it is the nature of the USB design that leads to the problem and that's why they warranty for 18 months
Every other USB cable I've had has broken at the base of the plug, but this is holding up great, even though I put a lot of tension on the end of it with the weird angle I use it

Anker product support contacted me after seeing my negative review
I hate leaving negative reviews, especially since I like this companies different battery products
Shoddy manufacturing??Submitted the review per above paragraph
I tried to avoid leaving a negative review but I didn't have any other choice at this point
Anker emailed me to see how the product was working out for me, I made the poor review on here, and Anker emailed me again apologizing for the inconvenience and will send me out a new cable for free and that I was inconvenienced enough.
