Oh, and as a bonus, it's also a surge suppressor which is also a great feature to protect my sensitive/expensive networking devices.
Works like it's supposed to no issue, the half and half feature is really nice, and the ability to temporarily overide the programs with 1 button and not have to worry about the program getting messed up is also great.
Setup is relatively simple once you know what you're doing, but I can understand if anyone has issues with the instructions, as the ones included with the unit we received could've used some elaboration regarding certain features
That is a nice feature so you can set everything up but leave it off until all the pieces of your system are in place.
You are reading snippets from reviews of BN-LINK 8 Outlet Surge Protector with 7-Day Digital Timer (4 Outlets Timed, 4 Outlets Always On) - White
I don't like leaving reviews but it seems like the power strip I was sent is previously used.
the only downside is that he seems to get confused when the lights “randomly” turn on and off on their own;)on the other hand, i don’t understand why there’s so many reviews saying that the power strip is hard to setup
but I guess I paid 2X for one working smart power strip and one dumb power strip.
This power strip is great - 4 outlets are controlled by the timer and 4 outlets are always on.
Thought this power strip was great until half of it stopped working less than 2 months after purchasing
This thing is terrible, I can't figure out how to program this at all
I understand the desire to not waste paper these days, but leaving out instructions regarding the use of very basic features or being brief to the point that things aren't as clear as they could be can really impact the degree to which a device like this does what the user wants it to
Another annoying thing is the instructions don't explain the difference between auto-on and auto-off modes.
