The Bose SoundSport Free have a common connectivity issue with Windows 10

I have been using Bose soundsport for years and decided to give soundsport free a try

The sound is great but they only work through the right earbud

If you use this for phone calls sound will only play out of the right earbud

At times the headphones feel like they could fall out as they are weighted on the end and that creates a bit of feel that they could fall out.

My one gripe here is that the call comes through the right earbud only.

It means that the audio must be sent from the phone, processed by the right earbud, and sent to the left

and I just cannot tolerate poor music quality for an extended period of time.

Then I brought up some music and WOW, they sounded great

If you like your music loud and you like bass, I would not recommend these

Overall good product, not noise cancelling but with the right music app it can be

The only problem was we can't use both buds to speak the phone only right master bud we can use to speak the phone

During phone calls those on the other end were able to hear all background noise

My callers hear an echo and complain about the background noise being louder than me

I have been using these on jobsites where background noise can be an issue, so when trying to talk to customers on phone it can be hard to hear at times

There is nothing worse than being pumped up for a good 10K or a quick 5K, lacing up your shoes, warming up your hamstrings, getting your kit together, and then discovering, on your way out the door that your supposedly seamless headphones are playing out of only one pod.
