I followed the online instructions for cleaning the machine and it did not improve at all.

This machine may be compact in size but a giant in convenience

I'm not as crazy about the software that comes with it, I'm going to look into easier software, but I love the machine.

I'm sure the machine works well if compatible, but it does not appear to be fully compatible with Big Sur.

The touch screen makes dealing with its functions and setup pretty easy as well

I starting scanning work files and important personal files several years ago, probably 8 or so.

It is incredibly quick and if you are scanning an odd-sized document it only includes the document area and no weird black or white edges to waste space on your harddrive or make your document look weird

Summary: Excellent product so far and would be 5 stars if there was a working Mac ICA driver for Image Capture.
