This brace is comfortable to wear and feels good while helping my posture

My skepticism came from some research I did before buying that more often than not said that these braces would do more harm than good because people would begin to rely on them too often and it would end up weakening the supporting muscles in their backs (kind of like when you wear ankle braces when playing basketball to prevent sprain when in actuality you are just further weakening the stabilizers for your ankles by reducing most of the work they should be doing)
