Welcome Back to New Vegas! With the introduction of the Ultimate Edition, Bethesda Softworks offers you the chance to double-down and get the complete package of New Vegas fun. For the first time in one package, you can get al...
Nice price compared to the $60 I paid in store for this game when I first got it.
I personally hate disc scratches and despise buying used games, so I highly recommend buying them new off of amazon instead of purchasing them used at local Game shops (a lot of the times the prices on Amazon are better than the used prices).
Not as good as Fallout 3 but still a great game and great price with the dlc
This is a must get game if you like RPG's, and the price is awesome recommend for sure to anybody.
Amazon has great prices for the ultimate and legendary editions.
If you give them armor which is in good Condition they'll wear it, but if I, for example, give Legion armor to Boone to wear he'll drop it out of his inventory because he's against the Legion, he won't even carry it
Game in very good condition, box and disc without scratches and mechanical damages
The game it self is pretty cool and got it in perfect condition as I was supposed to and barely started it and interested in it already.
Great game, funny and of course having the DLC packaged in makes it a super deal
This was good deal at around $20.00, but the game still had bugs in it
At roughly $20 this is a great deal as not only do you get the original game, which itself costs $20, you also get all the DLC, which as of writing this, totaled an additional $20 on PSN.
The good and bad karma story direction arcs in fallout 3 were well done, but the addition of factions in new vegas adds a whole new layer and a great deal more complexity to the already intense and massive world of this game.
Super fun game, I like all the extra content, makes the game even more fun than it already is, with all the extra content, you get to continue your adventure to new depths with new weapons and all, a good purchase for a good price.
This is a very good game and there is enough content here to keep you busy for at least a few weeks, but beware, it is still a buggy mess.
You don't have to deal with expired content on the used versions.
The game is great, and the extra content in the Ultimate Edition makes it even better
But lots of unique characters and dialogue, unique missions, great dlc content,This game needs a way to run faster
I'm not even really a huge PC gamer, but for this game, PC is the best experience and way to go if you want the least issues.
Freeze as in lagging for like 30
Bethesda games have always been broken but in a fun way, but their entire engine they run games on does not work on the PS3 and this applies to all of their games (Fallout 3, Skyrim, etc. ) and somehow they still thought it was okay to ship it out
I really enjoy the way this game makes the world seem bleak but still worthwhile.
The game play is solid and the story is interesting--more so than Fallout 3's story
Every faction you encounter, every live-or-die choice you made, every siginifcant story decision, and even the smallest rumor you stumbled across...most of these details will be reflected in a slideshow epilogue which tells you what happened to all of these people.
got boring real quick, the AI is bad and the story is stale, plus the bugs for the ps3 version makes it worse.
The story was a bit weak and a let down to me based on the build up and mystery of who the other courier was and his whole story etc
If you love good story and an expansive world then you have to play it.
It is an incredible game with very good graphics, but it is incredibly frustrating because of the crashing and other quest glitches
and the graphics are messed up positive it's not the system.
Freeze as in lagging for like 30
Amazing game, the graphics are not the best, because this game is from 2009, but the whole story, and the way that your decision can change it, is pretty cool
It's mediocre characters, graphics, and story line are not fatal, but its superabundant glitches pushed me over the top
But lots of unique characters and dialogue, unique missions, great dlc content,This game needs a way to run faster
The game lags majorly during the Lonesome Road and Old World Blues, those are the only two DLC's I've played so far
Anyway the dlc in this game are very fun but one of the dlc (dead money) is just a pain
As for the DLC for this game, the Dead Money DLC is god awful
Then you have the horrible DLC that breaks the game, Lonesome Road, once you get outside about an hour into the DLC it lags horribly and freezes only after a few minutes of playing, I've literally had the game freeze after playing for only 2 minutes of that DLC
Every time it has the same tension and lovely play mechanics
After playing for hours and then losing progress to the game freezing sucks.
though, i recommend playing fallout 3 because it gives you insight about what it was like living in the vault.
However, it's still one of the best RPGs I've ever played, far better than Fallout 3 and Obsidian Entertainment's magnum opus.
Amazing game, there is not alot i can say of this game other than is one of the best games i have ever played, its up there with Skyrim, Fallout 3 and Street Fighter 2 turbo.
My step father loves playing this game on his free time, one of the good oldies
a demented game for those who like it you can rip off body parts take peoples items shoot random people and still have a good time
Too much dialogue, but I still had a great time adding more adventure to the Fallout New Vegas game.
Very fun game, however first time I played it was on the PC.
When this happens every few hours it's not such a big deal, but unfortunately the condition is a degenerative one that gets worse every time you change the state of any object in the game world
I really regret buying this game, rent it first or wait for it to be in the bargain bin, it will be easier to get your money's worth of enjoyment out of it.
I first bought the regular edition with no DLC (later down the line I bought Dead Money and Honest Hearts) and played the game extensively and had my game freeze not too
As for the DLC for this game, the Dead Money DLC is god awful
Of all the stories, I would have to say that Dead Money is my favorite, followed closely by Happy Trails
Then I would do Old World Blues, followed by Dead Money, then Lonesome Road
Finished the story and wanted to do some sidequest but the lag was so bad
Once your save file reaches 7000K or above you will start experiencing severe lag and freezes almost every hour or even sooner if you transition into different areas 5 or more times
Make sure to clear your cache pretty much every time you open the game (or save and restart when you notice significant lag to avoid the game completely locking up) by holding L2 + R2 + square
Good game but the lag and freezing will irritate you
, I just wish they would remake this for the Playstation 4.i don't know why people are complaining this is by far the best version I've played of this game on my playstation 3, and i also owned the XBOX 360 version and the PC Version, truth is they all have glitches here and there, just make sure you make multiple save files, and if it has a bad lag just start a new game and reload your save after you've skipped the intro scene, I hope this helped! Also keep in
I've completed New Vegas 4 times now and still enjoy playing it especially with all the add-ons
Aside from my aforementioned opinion that "New Vegas" is superior to the more critically-acclaimed and commercially-successful "Fallout 3", I would like to emphasize that the ending is the most personalized I can recall.
I have Fallout New Vegas for my XBOX360 and love this game
When the Ultimate Edition to Fallout New Vegas came out
Ok the graphics in Fallout New Vegas are just perfectly horrible
The Lonesome Road wasn't that fun, they seemed to direct you down a hall with no real challenge
The game lags majorly during the Lonesome Road and Old World Blues, those are the only two DLC's I've played so far
Lonesome Road should 100% come last, due to the story revolving around some sort of final conflict
Then you have the horrible DLC that breaks the game, Lonesome Road, once you get outside about an hour into the DLC it lags horribly and freezes only after a few minutes of playing, I've literally had the game freeze after playing for only 2 minutes of that DLC
This mad sci-fi tale is one that you have to see to believe, with robots that'll make you laugh hard while trying to reclaim your organic limbs because you're essentially a robot now."Lonesome Road" is an interesting but inconsistent story that sheds some light on events leading up to The Courier ('You') getting involved with the Platinum Chip, and how the NCR/Legion conflict plays into it.
Taking too much of it will result in you being addicted to it and after it's effects have worn off you'll experience withdrawal symptoms, you'll loss 1 point from Endurance and 1 point from Strength and it won't go away until you go to a doctor
The major problem with it is that just like Fallout 3, it freezes constantly after some arbitrary point in the game.
GraphicsGraphics aren't this game's strong point; the map and story of the game are well
Wearing some outfits like the Brotherhood T-45d power armor will give me 2 more points to Strength and 10 point to radiation resistance but will also negate 2 points from Agility
The only bad point with this game is that after playing like 50 hours there are certain bugs that freeze the game, but it's not every time.
i wanted to get into a RPG game that i would like, so i decided to get this.. i really loved it until it started lagging and getting horrible frame rate problems
This game has been out for like ten years and for me it was literally unplayable three out of the three times I tried completing the main story, not to mention the countless more benign glitches and constant, crushing frame-rate drops
Either the frame rate drops or it freezes...in terms of the gameplay, it's one of the best I've ever played
Right after the BluRay struggles frame rates drop, the game slows to unplayable speeds freezes and you must reboot to continue
My only complaint is the all too common freezes or frame rate drops that occur in high population areas.
There's some cool exclusive stuff to buy on that one, but it is incredibly expensive (and guess who forgot to bring a bar of gold with him?).In the end, regardless of the annoying add-ons, the constant game crashes caused me to stop playing.
This game is so buggy its not worth buying, My game crashes every 15 to 20 minutes of play somtimes quicker

You can fail quests, you can choose what type of person you want to be, and there are consequences.
You can also have types of ammo like Overcharged Electron Charge Packs and Drained MF Cells which have unique effects which can be made at the Workbench
I can deal with occasional framerate problems, but this type of problem is unacceptable
