I wish the zippers could be dual zippers, so that it can open in either direction, and I also wish it had a clear front or some way to slip a label on the front
The way cool part is the file folder is available from a second zippered opening so you can get to a filed paper without opening the main compartment
We have bought off brand, way cheaper binders, in the past and they have lasted years.

My son broke his arm and needed an easy way to get from class to class with his school materials.
It also has a neat little calculator pocket and a place to hold pens/pencils.
Others have ripped pockets, broken rings.
First the plus about it .. plenty of storage and neat pockets for other little items to keep in the binderHas a handle on it to actually carry more like a briefcase if needed
However the zipper ripped off the front file pocket after a month and a half of use.
I'm not sure if kids are used to dividing up their papers now days, but I think I would have preferred a single, larger, pocket
