This chair form HON is comfortable and sports the features you would expect it to have: a stable base, rolling casters, swivel, adjustable armrests, adjustable height, and tilting back
Going back to the arm supports, you can easily set their height as well
Being 5'1", I was a little intimidated by the very high back, but once assembled, it's a good height
The adjustable height is very beneficial - sometimes I like my feet flat on the floor and sometimes like to lean back more.

I need good lumbar (lower back) support and this chair has it.

It's every bit as good as the high priced model, nearly exactly the same except for a lower weight rating (no problem for me)
Considering the price seems fair, it's easy to assemble, and quality is high, I would recommend this chair.
It's hard to find a more reasonably priced Hon desk chair.
All screws are tightened, but chair still feels sort of "rickety" to me, eg arms move more than I would like or than my other chairOverall, I think you can buy a better chair at a better price.

They are well known, attractive products that you can find in any segment of industry or commercial venture and, now, in my office at home
The quality of materials and worksmanship of the basyx chair is a level better than the Alera chair (which is appropriate for a 30% more expensive product).

The part that attaches the armrest to the chair is made of plastic and cracked, and the screws that are used to make that piece attach to the base of the chair keep coming out, so the arm of this chair falls off daily
The grand finally, the hydrollic lift under the seat broke, some screws fell out, bearings crack, and rubber gaskets fell out, some greased particles under the chair.
It was wood and to raise and lower it, you twisted a big screw on the bottom of it.
