The sound is not as strong as connecting via the ACV cable

I tested to about 40 feet and stayed well connected the whole time

So whenever possible, I recommend connecting via the cable

The built in radio works just fine, and the bluetooth works like a charm

I then upped my game to the JBL Charge 2+ Splashproof Portable Bluetooth Speaker (Black), which cost me $70.

Product was defective - would not keep charge after hours of being plugged in; returned it and got a refund!

A lovely product, I was looking for something with long lasting battery and this fit the bill, I can't judge the battery life because I have had the can to use for more than 3

The sound quality isn't as good as I expected, also the FM reception is terrible, there should be an antenna on it.

awsome speaker works great on the boat, any anywere else i take it.

The Charge 2+ was not as loud as the other speakers, and the bass was not low end thump.

However, this speaker is MUCH louder than other portable speakers that cost more like the Beats Pill and JBL Xtreme.

We love the speaker, microphone works great, the sound is more than enough for the area in which we use it (30' x 60' pole barn)

I have used it non-stop for most of a day and did not drain the battery by any means.

There is enough bass to satisfy the average user but do not expect to shake the house with it.

The speaker has great bass, not as great as my aiwa exos-9, but it makes up for that with it's water resistance

My Granddaughters just Love the booming Bass and of course the run you out of the house loudness and sound!
