Love getting free TV rather than navigating a horrible Comcast remote.
After many failed attempts at turning expensive indoor antennas 1/4" at a time to receive channels... and no signal in the middle of a great tv show, I decided to take the plunge and move outdoors
I did add one ten foot section of conduit(10 dollars) to my j channel mount (thank you direct TV) to pull in several more channels
Good price, good performance!!!!!My signal strength increases 30dB.....
I cut the cable a few years ago and it seems like prices have gone down for quality antenna's.
Work very very well, best antenna I ever had, reasonable price
very pleased easy to set up and picking up stations at 58 miles with some tree blockage and picking up a station at 48 miles 130degrees off cent of antenna and not mounted just laying on table up stairs pointing in general tower direction at 58 miles yes inside and receiving 22 channels great price what more can you ask
I loved the price, but remember, this is NOT for everyone.
I have a hard time believing that the range on this antenna is better than that of the HW560AN, which has to be better for UHF due to the number of elements.
I always love how TV antenna sellers state the "range" of the antenna
Fact is many, many factors influence the usable range of a given
This antenna is a no-brainer mounted 20-30 foot up on a chimney mount or tripod yeilding a solid 30-50 mile range in resonable terrain even picking up the weaker transmitters
Ready to install works well, not the range I was expecting.
A bit fragile to be put outside but works well in an attic
We had to finagle it a bit but got it to pick up all the available channels
one, this is a somewhat directional antenna, so it would matter toward which other city I pointed it, and two, I would have to count how many it receives in clear weather and rainy weather, when the signals are weakened a bit
