Reviews around job (5.00 of 5)

  • Learning anything new is always a frustrating en-devour and this does a great job of making it fun and rewarding.
  • It does a great job of detecting what I'm playing and it has been a lot of fun learning guitar with this
  • meaning it tuned it self, and it did a good job tuning itself
  • That said this game does an AMAZING job of teaching songs
  • That all being said, I have to give even more credit to the absolutely phenomenal job they did on

Reviews around guitar hero (4.78 of 5)

  • If you are looking for the next guitar hero, this game is not for you
  • If you were a fan of the Rockband or Guitar Hero games then you will like this, but you actually get to learn and play a real instrument
  • i.e. I 100% Slow, 95% medium but it moves it up to fast
  • The extent of my guitar knowledge came from games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band.
  • It's like guitar hero but with a real guitar and the music selection isn't too

Reviews around product (4.76 of 5)

  • I highly recommend this product if you want to learn guitar
  • Highly recommended this product...tons of down loadable tracks as well to keep you playing for years to come.
  • If you are going to charge that much for a product and not allow them to get a refund if they dont like it, then you had better make sure your damn product at least works.oh and
  • wished the product has continued updates or supports other songs.
  • This is a very nice product for new and old players alike

Reviews around price (3.82 of 5)

  • however, the price of the game is well worth te money you can save from taking beginner lessons.
  • Great Price, 2015 needs to have more songs on game, not just for purchase!!!
  • i.e. I 100% Slow, 95% medium but it moves it up to fast
  • It's an excellent price for the inclusion of the cord as well
  • The prices seem reasonable and the selection seems limitless

Reviews around song (3.69 of 5)

  • Really nice program, i learning how to play the guitar with really nice songs
  • I will help you learn to play some of your favorite songs.
  • I love that you can purchase many different songs as well.
  • Rock band only allowed you to slow a song down in 4 or 5 speed settings, and this lets you control a slider from 1-100
  • I really like the great songs from my era (early 60's) that it teaches you how to play

Reviews around time (3.48 of 5)

  • When I played the right notes at right time, it may shows that I missed, when I played the wrong fret
  • I found that in my free time I was playing video games more than my guitars, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to combine the two and it was! This game is designed similar to Guitar Hero but if you’re familiar to playing guitar and reading tablature it will take some getting used to (I’ll talk tab in a second)
  • This game combines two of my favorite past times into one video games and playing guitar
  • I find the random playlist "Nonstop Play" to be extremely addictive - and I've been having a great time playing songs I've never even heard before
  • i.e. I 100% Slow, 95% medium but it moves it up to fast

Reviews around thing (3.38 of 5)

  • I heard wonderful things about this game from friends that Played this.. from novice to experts
  • and you can slow things down and just practice a riff, if you want
  • I honestly cannot say enough good things about this game.
  • In my opinion, for most wannabe guitarists this is the number one thing that will hook you.
  • I'm not one of those people that can do things (like an amazing solo) then when ask how say "idk I can just do it"

Reviews around cable (2.15 of 5)

  • Even though my HDMI already went from the PS4 to the receiver I had read that the optical cable would be better.
  • but when I finally went to use it, the cable was actually bad, and does not work
  • Great! The cable is top quality, and the game is awesome!
  • But beware, the cable included is a piece of junk and mine broke literally in a few days of use forcing me to order another one for the same price as the game itself
  • Had to replace my first order because the cable was a dud.

Reviews around note (2.07 of 5)

  • Sometimes I'll totally miss notes and it won't realize it.
  • Even my friends who have no guitar knowldge and may hit a total of five percent if the notes correctly love playing this part of the game and will retry and retry until they get the fabled six percent of notes correctly
  • and it's incredibly frustrating to be told I keep missing notes when I play these very same songs for crowds of hundreds
  • When I played the right notes at right time, it may shows that I missed, when I played the wrong fret
  • But a lot of the times, you can restart a song over and over again, knowing you're hitting the right notes, but only getting 1 every 7, approximately, right, and ending with a 74%, or even a 65%, and feel like smashing your guitar like a hyped rock guitarist after the final solo of the night's concert

Reviews around video (1.80 of 5)

  • The videos are quite helpful and show many different techniques and the little minigames that teach you various things like chords are immersive and effective
  • well I only opened the box because I have to go to
  • The publishers solution of asking customers to resort to odd an inefficient audio/video hook-ups is a Band-Aid
  • i.e. I 100% Slow, 95% medium but it moves it up to fast
  • The best part is you learn how to play some of your favorite songs without watching slow videos on the internet or reading tabs

Reviews around habit (1.76 of 5)

  • Your dexterity will improve a
  • However, just know that this game has the potential to develop some bad habits that can make it difficult as you progress beyond Rocksmith.
  • This of course can develop bad habits later that can be difficult to overcome.
  • This is great for new players, but I found that this could develop bad habit with fingering positions.
  • so that is a much better habit to get into

Reviews around lag (1.66 of 5)

  • Neat concept, but the lag is horrid and makes the game virtually unplayable.
  • I went with the fibre optic route but still significant lag
  • As others have mentioned, if you are connected via HDMI, the lag will be unbearable
  • Lag will be a lot better
  • Your dexterity will improve a

Reviews around delay (1.54 of 5)

  • It's not perfect and I think at times there is a slight delay or maybe I just refuse to admit when I'm missing a string
  • The delay between the sound and the guitar makes it almost impossible to make a decent sound
  • and you pluck one note at a time; playing a little early to compensate for this delay doesn't hurt me, but once you start playing more advanced modes with a strumming pattern and chords I can see this delay being a major problem
  • My problem was the delay... tried using optical audio on my PS4, was still too much delay for me to play along.
  • Your dexterity will improve a

Reviews around cord (1.00 of 5)

  • Box is missing the cord
  • No cord for the guitar however so beware it is just the game.
  • Trying to but the cord is nightmare.
