The low beams are very impressive, the high beams are good but not as huge of an improvement as the low beam

Great product but the high beam isn't much different than the low beam

So the low beams don't work at

While the high beam was an upgrade from my old bulbs, but the LEDs has there limitations to how far they reach

The low beams are bright enough, have a long enough throw distance and enough beam width that I may not even need to use the high beams.

So the car was the challenge not these led bulbs just cause I have big hands.

When you install LED bulbs into a vehicle, the diodes need to be oriented like this

Product is nice, one of the lights did not work, it's a hassle on the returning options, so if I return the item then I will not have no headlights just because one of them do not work

Unfortunately some months later I found one of the wires had been disconnected in the bulb, not from bad assembly but because my front end was hit by a buck which damaged my truck and smashed my headlights, however; the only damage sustained by these bulbs were one disconnected wire from the bulb

Got these led headlights to replace the standard models in my 97 gmc sierra pickup.

The book on LED headlights has been that they can be spotty or cast shadows

Really easy to install unlike a different set I’ve bought an when I use them they do a great job lighting up not leaving dark spots like the other set I’ve bought

I ordered new headlight assembly’s and the sealight led”s

The coverage on the road ahead is not very crisp and does have a few dark spots

The best part is there is no more of 2 bright spots and dim outer edges in the light pattern

The heat sink size is literally the same size of a 9006 or 9005

I read the reviews on the Sealight 9005/9006 combo kit and saw that others were reporting a plug and play fit with GM/Chevy due to the low profile of the heat sink.

Had to modify my headlight housing base slightly to allow headlights to fit due to heat sinks

The shorter heat sink allowed them to fit in a pretty tight space.

The DRL light flickered on in my 2009 Honda Accord LX sedan but has not returned in over a week so I am not going to install a decoder in parallel with those lights

The 9005 LB DRL causes a CANBUS error that says DRL are not operational

Having these in my particular car does disable the DRL

’s glass doors showed that the high beams are high beams and the DRL’s are not as bright which is how it should be since they are the same bulb

I did have to disable my daytime running lights in order to run the high beams, which was as simple as pulling the fuse, but now I obviously don’t have drl’s now
