The Cut Tabs are a bit nice - each file has a number of cut insets in the top of the file, and you can insert the file tabs into the location of your choice, to be moved as necessary

Opened the box and the pink folders were red, and light blue was dark blue
I bought these based on the bright colors pictured and advertised (pink, lime, neon yellow, bright blue), but when I got them they were dull in luster and the colors were just primary.
