The size is perfect and fits easily into my purse and the royal blue silicone cover I bought for it makes it easy to find--even in the bottom of my purse!!!

The camera works much better than my ancient Kyocera flip phone but obviously nothing near an iPhone

I have been a tracfone customer for about ten years, and when the phone is working and there are no problems, they are great economical choice, but when there are problems you will reach you limit trying to resolve it, and I'm starting to think there are too many other options out there to do tracfone again

I would love to have a Galaxy but simply can't afford one and since the service is free, this phone is a good deal!

It's still a basic phone and pictures are not great and internet is slow but overall a GREAT deal

The phone I purchased was manufactured in 06/2014 which makes it about two years old, but still the phone works good for the price

This new phone works for me, yet still loses service in parts of some shopping malls.

After I installed my new sim card, none of the service representatives nor the manager wasable to get the phone working

The phone works great once you can turn off the anoying voice prompts

That feature seems to suck up allot of the phones memory

She is not a big cell phone person, but this Tracfone is terrific

TracFone will transfer only your number--not your minutes

Although I find this phone to meet my needs, beware if you're going to transfer your account from a TracFone smart phone to this model

The first thing that bugged me was that the email app does not work.

Facebook is built in and that's a good thing because I can see my notification and other peoples thought at a glance and respond at a glance

You can enlarge text on those phones but strangely when you do certain things like compose a message the text is still small

First time with a TracFone concept, the price was great, brand new, for husband, only 3G, but we have terrible sparse service in this part of upstate NY so why drop good funds on a sophisticated phone with no constant service to be had

The MP3 player has playlist options, but the best thing is that it is compatible with several free government phone services, like SafeLink Wireless, in which most phones available are the small, flip phones that preceded the smartphone.

Now, I have no phone at all and lost all the minutes I had pre-paid for.

This deal is WAY WAY WAY better than being on Net10's easy minutes plan that is at their cheapest $15 a month.

Before, you could buy the phone and activate it and get 20 free minutes and 60 days of time before you had to worry about buying an airtime card

I had a little trouble transferring my number and minutes over, but Tracfone help desk got it done

Customer Service will waste 30 minutes of your time and then tell you the system is unavailable and try again later

I had to buy two of them, the SIM card on the first one was defective, so i bought a second one

My sim card was expired and the last time this phone was used was in 2015 according to the TracFone company

If you buy one of these, the sim card will go bad and you will get the message, "invalid sim card".

While talking to support they are from India and will send you a free SIM card in the mail.

Took two weeks to get the phone set up had to get two different sim cards before it worked

If you want to keep your old phone number and if you have any roll-over minutes/hrs. be sure to tell the rep

i think you may have to be available to access your phone number whatever that may be
