Had to use hot spot

Prior to buying there was mention that you needed the latest IOS update to connect however after purchasing there was an update saying the latest IOS would not allow streaming through many popular apps

after contacting customer support via email I received a quick response but it was not a very helpful one

In the past, if I had any issue with my waterproof nanos, a quick call would get me great customer service

I would have never even considered this product had I known tech support was not accessible by phone

In concept this is a great product and I believe the company to be a well intentioned one, I just feel as though this product fell short in its current release
