This oblong, smooth and rounded face is quite attractive and versatile and the app is unusually advanced compared to competitors.

The smooth, oblong face merely pops out (without removing the band/bracelet as shown in photo) and you just plug the actual face into any USB compatible charger unlike the Alta HR or any FB branded product that requires a bizarre and special charger.

I am currently working out a minimum of 5 days per week utilizing Cardio Machines, Weight Machines, the Pool, outdoor Walks, and even the Sauna for fitness.

The pulse is extremely important in fitness and weight loss and this right on point.
