I only had to extend one for the perfect height-The ring light base can beat at different angles( that paired with notches means that you can probably catch just about every angle.-3 light settings

This light was easy to assemble, height is great but the ring is very dim for my liking even at the highest setting it wasn’t bright enough for what I needed it for.
