This specific kettle boils the water pretty quickly, is easy to clean, and is very appealing to the eye

I can fill the kettle, turn it on, and by the time I clean and load my french press with fresh coffee the water is hot and ready to add.

The first run took 5:30 minutes to go from cold tap water to a roaring boil

There’s no way to tell it to restart boiling this because the water is not hot.
