If you get more than 50 feet the signal becomes very unreliable

I have a 3 story townhouse and the signal is strong enough to place the unit anywhere in my home.

I mounted the Driveway Alert so there were no branches or other objects in its path, it did, however, send intermittent signals back to the house

The box also has a lid which diffuses and attenuates (false) signals

Also can be put into bell only mode, LED signal flash indicator only mode, or bell and flash mode

Poor quality , receive fake signals, sounds all day

Literally missing signals from 30' away though while sitting in the window

The optical signal is ridiculous - a small LED light that can only be seen if you are looking directly at it

The transmitter does send false signals daily -- usually 2 to 3 times each day.

Doesn't seem to drain batteries quickly (I *really* appreciate not having to deal with changing batteries frequently...)

I ran to flip the carport light on the intruder to find a black cat running as fast as he could to get away!

Range is not as good as on the three battery operated 1byone sensor/receivers that I have had for over one year

Works as it should but the double chime each time its triggered is a bit obnoxious and overboard.

I’m occasionally working upstairs with headphones on and this will be useful to just take with me and stand on the desk - the fact that it also has a flashing light option instead of, or as well as, the bell is even better
