Their customer service is top notch as well and getting ear buds that fit are no problem with the wide variety of sizes they include in the kit!The sound quality is great right out of the box, it is crystal clear without that tinny earbud sound
Apparently, in order for them to get that big, clean sound they had to use an unusually large port, which (for me at least) resulted in an uncomfortable fit after long periods of use.
There were several sizes each of rubber and foam tips, so finding a good seal and a comfortable fit was a breeze
In addition they have a strange fit which makes especially my right ear feel sore, but maybe that's just me
Lots of different silicone and foam tips to get the perfect fit.

Quality of the carrying case is great, packaging with various sizes buds is nice

I like these... a bit of trouble with the cables... after a few months of wear and tear have some distortion but overall the sound quality is good
The foam tips do lose a bit of volume and bass but sound great with the silicone ones
I have a pair of Etymotic ER4's that cost twice as much, and these sound every bit as good.
I'm still not decided on keeping them, and it is frustrating that it needed a third party fix, but now I can attest they sound every bit as good as all the reviews say

The only issue I had with these was fitment that was a little tricky, solution: switch right to left, wrap around behind ear( picture below ), all day comfort, no telephonics (cord noise)
The problem is severe enough that running with these almost doesn't work - you just hear cord noise and the weight of the cord jumping around pulls the ear buds from my ears often
My main complaint is the cord noise - where movement and abrasion of the cord is transduced and magnified into your ear.
Went thru Beastie Boys 'Ill Communication' and heard all the background chatter... just amazing with Rap/R&B/Jazz
Sound wasn't amazing, but they're VERY comfortable and almost zero cord noise

but it seems to me that the manufacturer went overboard with their efforts in trying to make it feel different from the cheaper model and ended up with something that offers very little benefit over the cheaper models yet costs nearly double, or more, depending on where you shop
they are stylish (gold model), comfortable, well adjusted to my ear/ able to use comfortably for workouts/ have a great sound-- bass and noise canceling
The closed back models will give you better isolation, and better third party gel-type ear surrounds are available, and they even have a DT770 M model that isolates better
Instead of replacing, I found a famous brand cheaper model that no one is interested in taking.
Everything about it a substantial upgrade over the triple, from the clear oxygen free copper cable, L-shaped 3.5mm connector, elegant but heavy duty control box-mic and the cool jet engine look, they made some serious improvements over the triple

I tried everything including grounding myself but the shock is continuous and really hurt my left ear.
I don't know if something actually went wrong or if that's normal, but I actually ended up liking it that way b/c the less thumpy bass made the earbuds more suitable for gaming, and music still sounds fine regardless.
