Wasted money have a child without a tablet worst customer service and will never recommend electronic protection plans from Amazon again

Poor customer service, don't waste your money.

It was reasonably priced and offers pretty great coverage, but the real test will be how well the service is handled when I actually have to claim the benefits

I have purchased Squaretrade with every electronic that I have ever bought from Amazon they are an amazing company with great customer service

However, friendly service and they did wind up replacing the kindle for free.
