great power for a great price, with lots of power, storage and features.
After some basic troubleshooting, such as making sure the brightness was set at the maximum level, the seller agreed to fully refund my purchase price, provided the laptop was not damaged or marked up in any way, which was the case, because it had less than an hour of use prior to the return.
Great price, fast shipping, replaced a broken hp split with this and it took about 4hrs doing all of the software and firmware/driver updates plus another hour transferring files and setting up my preferences/settings

they use cheap parts I paid a lot for this lap top u think they would put a nice screen on it
The screen flickers before it
However, this screen was not very bright and not very crisp when viewing from even a slight angle.

I taught that my brand new computer came damage, but when I uninstalled the antivirus everything went smoothly, the update was fine and I havent see the blue screen again
this machine use a best standar parts like core i5 8250Uall brand new machines need update because that updates has part of the basic mantenace of our machine

so I left it at home, now I am trying to use it but appears on screen that it can't recognice the disk, I have tried with the Dell support software but did not work

I spoke with Dell Support, and their suggestion was to get a replacement for the computer because we couldn't 'fix it'.

I contacted Dell tech support and was told that this laptop is beyond the exchange period because it was purchased 81 days ago, which was October 2017.
I've updated every driver imaginable, spent hours on the phone with tech support and the issue was still not resolved
dell is the worst company ever called to get tech support could not get a USA agent because I had the basic 1 year warranty that came with the laptop witch is nothing to be happy about so because I did not have there over expensive warranty they sent me to a third party to fix my issues over seas its not even dell that is fixing my computer the man told me over the phone
