I spoke with Dell Support, and their suggestion was to get a replacement for the computer because we couldn't 'fix it'.

so I left it at home, now I am trying to use it but appears on screen that it can't recognice the disk, I have tried with the Dell support software but did not work

n’t have time for returns or disputes, and I accidentally stumbled on this review request right now, do not losing sleep over it, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend.
