dell is the worst company ever called to get tech support could not get a USA agent because I had the basic 1 year warranty that came with the laptop witch is nothing to be happy about so because I did not have there over expensive warranty they sent me to a third party to fix my issues over seas its not even dell that is fixing my computer the man told me over the phone

I contacted Dell tech support and was told that this laptop is beyond the exchange period because it was purchased 81 days ago, which was October 2017.

I've updated every driver imaginable, spent hours on the phone with tech support and the issue was still not resolved
