    • dell is the worst company ever called to get tech support could not get a USA agent because I had the basic 1 year warranty that came with the laptop witch is nothing to be happy about so because I did not have there over expensive warranty they sent me to a third party to fix my issues over seas its not even dell that is fixing my computer the man told me over the phone
    • I contacted Dell tech support and was told that this laptop is beyond the exchange period because it was purchased 81 days ago, which was October 2017.
    • I've updated every driver imaginable, spent hours on the phone with tech support and the issue was still not resolved
