It can easily be carried in the pocket and does not take up much space if packed in an emergency bug bag out or hiking backpack

The overall build quality isn't great as I said mine the radio is damaged

I could get only a very limited number meet of stations on am or fm and the sound quality makes it very uncomfortable to listen to

You have to rotate the radio to find the better reception and the sound tends to be somewhat static-y

It does pick up the weather bands which is handy when out on the trail.

Works as I expected as a charger for my USB devices, nothing 'lickity-split' about the charge, but between the battery and a appropriate bit of cranking, a decent charge on my phone & a tablet.

While I understand this from an electrical perspective (it's generally bad to drain rechargeable batteries past a certain point), the design should have been such that it completely shut down at a certain voltage and didn't drain the battery down to zero

I have observed that with even a minute of cranking, the flashlight works for hours while as soon as I start radio, it will deplete the battery super fast

Used it when the power went out and worked well as light and radio.

It'll take a lot of cranking to generate enough power, but it'll be worth it in the case where that's your only option
