Took off one star because the actual dividers are not the same color as the outside of the box and when the box arrived, about half the dividers were just laying around - I had to reinsert them into their proper places
Plus it helps me keep them in one place and not miss place one.
The pieces hadn't just come unattached-the wood was literally broken in more than a few places
Works well as a place to put incoming mail, but the slots are just a hair narrow.

Slots too shallow, poor quality of materials, drawer sticks (even with soap and other lubricating tricks), feels like balsa wood.
