On the other hand, the 3M polish is really, really good stuff - when I was done with the process, the 3M polish made my headlamps almost crystal clear, with a smooth surface that you could feel with your fingers!All in all, for each headlamp I did 4 passes with the 500grit, 4 passes with the 800 Grit, and 3 passes with the "Trizact Refining Disc"

Even with scratches still visible the final polish really clears stuff up.

but this stuff really does work make sure u use masking tape but if u hit the paint dont worry the final step in the process i used some of that compound with the brush and it made my bumper shine !

Oh my, like everybody else I normally buy stuff on Amazon and although excited that I saved some money not always do I leave a review

Lights were cloudy, and almost failed inspection, but tech recommended this stuff and we were totally impressed!

I still give this product 4 stars, because it's the same awesome 3M sanding stuff as you get in the cheaper kit that I've used in the past, minus the rubbing compound and foam applicator.

This stuff is easy to use and worked great if your headlights are fairly yellow I'd get a kit each light

The rubbing compound seems like T-Cut so could use that with the product in the future

Lenses were clouded by original factory coating which was chipping off and clear in some spots, sanded down entire lens with provided pads, I frequently beat dust out of sanding pads and wiped lense surfaces down with clean t-shirt rags because build-up of dust in grit happens quickly and will mar the work.

n’t regret it.
