but after calling the tech support they sent me a new one right away with minimal fuss.the only recommendations I can give is don't put the cameras too close to your eaves so you wont get glare from the IR lights when using the night vision feature, other than that the night vision works great as does the normal cameras.once you have it set up with a screen (not included fyi) it has a handy 4 way split screen feature so you can see all cameras at the same time, or you can double click on one image and have it fill your screen

I am going to rely on tech support for this as the software seems to work differently in this regard to most other CMS programs.

Tech support sent a link to download the software along with instructions on how to set it up.

Remote viewing on my phone is also great

This unit gives me a great view of my yard day and night

The instructions that come with the extender are perfect for making your life miserable, as they do not apply for the push button cameras, pressing the button of the extender and waiting for it to pair, will not happen, and that is why I ended touching the diabolic button on the camera and hell broke loose

it has a nice calendar feature for selecting which day, and the hour on the bottom, though it can be kind of a pain to pick exact seconds to look at

The unit is installed on the second floor, and the cameras on the first floor, all the way to the back of the building, still work with no issues.

He sent me a new unit and this works good - the only thing I missed on this description is there is no sound with the records, which I would have preferred.

System is cheap and setup was easy.

Well first off when it came in it was supposed to a four camera system they sent the two camera system after being on the phone with amazon for hours trying to refund the difference in price of the two systems I finally got a chance to hook it up fairly easy to hook it up and get it working on my tv and thru the app but needless to say the 1tb hard drive that came already installed isn’t found on the system I’ done all the troubleshooting the manual says do to
