Was an open box purchase, only thing wrong was a slight crack in the screen due to Box damage, but it doesn't affect the performance

My baby is an energetic little boy and this thing is much too gentle for him even on the fastest setting

The mamaroo has allowed me to finally accomplish things around my house without a baby in my arms crying to rocked or swayed.

Another great thing about this item is that assembly was a breeze

It’s a good thing they have an app to control the speed settings because it’s a pain to get down on the floor to access the controls

The only thing that would make this better is if the mobile was motorized

The only thing thats missing is a soothing vibration, when I put my baby down on his fisher price rocker seat & turn the vibration on, he soothes down right away & falls asleep

all things considered, for the price, I wouldn’t waste my hard earned money on this model until/unless they make some major fixes.
