This is a great price point and I've tried the HTC as well for a lot more and this headset is actually better resolution.

Great price great productbut is too warm to use few hours.

Before it would work properly here and there clean install after clean install but the Feb 2nd clean install stuck.

On Feb 2nd I did a clean install and for whatever update was corrected but EVERY app worked NO flickering.

The inside-out tracking latency (Lag) is not as great as the Vive with four base-stations but works well enough in a room with easily distinctive differences (in other words: if you use it in a white walled, white ceiling room with nothing in it, it is going to have a hard time spotting the difference whereas a room with unique objects and features helps the trackers discern where you are in that area, (having other people moving around also doesn't help

And I would recommend getting some good headphones with a long cord as well and plugging them into the PC rather than the headset, ligiteck 430s work great

Everything (including Steam VR) has been working exceptionally well.

I would confidently recommend this now that its working smoothly and correctly.

about 80% of my titles played on Vive have been working just fine on the Acrer WMR

(Also controllers) so it can sometimes lose tracking if the room isn't bright enough

Make sure the room is well lit, like overly bright, problem gone forever.

Also, a big thing with these headsets is they need good room lighting

but when you are presented to a blank room its easy to notice, also since its and led and at a high resolution games may appear to be slightly blurry

Acer if you promise an item you should always deliver no excuse

I recommend getting rec room as a good starter to see what you can do with the head set since it offers a ton of things to do and its free

It's a good starter headset.

It is a very good Vr Headset for the price, setup is very easy, and works with all windows store VR applications perfectly (stream VR games may require more GPU (power), the only thing I would had liked to see it a slightly bigger FOV.

I bought this product on sale because I wanted to play Beat Saber, but live in a small apartment that does not favor external tracking setups

The setup itself was insanely easy (you just have to make sure windows is completely up to date), it took less than 5 minutes to hook it in and do internal setups

However the flex is a good thing as accidental bumps are dissipated similarly to the armor you can buy for vive controllers, which work well I might add

I was really looking foreward for this product to be easy to use but its just been really frustrating to work with

pretty fantastic product, competitve with other gaming vr, including at roomscale, at a fraction of the price (at least when I bought it).i would recommend this to anyone wanting to do high quality vr experiences without having to shell out $400-800

Very good VR for the price, comfortable enough but the lenses touch my glasses so I'll buy prescription lenses for it soon

Im completely amazed that this thing is actually more enjoyable overall then my Oculus Rift for a lot less money

I think it's not necessarily the hardware's fault, but relevant to mention that Windows Mixed reality has been pretty buggy and unreliable at times, requiring fiddling with settings, resetting my machine, resetting my boundaries, etc., to get things running properly, but once things are working, it's a ton of fun.

The only negative thing I could say about it is the software selection on the Windows Store, but there are a few great games to keep you entertained if you don't want to mess with

Think the greatest thing about vr is it gets me out of my chair and allows me to exercise in a very entertaining way, it is very easy to burn 300 or so calories in a single session with several sessions per day.

Also the cleaning this thing is a bit of a pain, you will sweat using this and be careful the padding comes off a bit too easily and make sure you are still in the app while cleaning or it will screw up you calibration.
