To my surprise, this is a quality laptop with great specs that only compare to other brands that charge $1000+ for the same specs
Overall great buy if you want a great mid-range laptop with the best specs in it's price range.

It runs everything great and has been a great home computer as well as gaming machine
The reason that I started with that list is to illustrate that Acer did a very good job knowing what corners to cut without actually hurting an amazing machine in terms of performance.

The Keyboard itself does not feel cheap but I would say that most who are used to higher end Keyboards may not enjoy it.
Most of units arrives with defective keyboard "Includes mine"- Bad Screen color " yellowish tent " and dim- Charger disconnects for 2 minutes repeatedly while
it's a solid keyboard for a laptop but weak backlights as expected.
This laptop is perfect!At first, I was concerned about its display and the keyboard getting too hot since many users complained about them

Amazon is falsely promoting a more expensive product that will not work with this laptop.
The product is great for gaming, the only issue which i have faced as of now is the Laptop getting hot.
Amazon support really neglected on this matter, this product wasn't delivered as I was expecting, and all Amazon could do was give me a promotional $5 for the inconveniences, no actual resolution
This is a major issue that Amazon needs to be aware of because without this fix, everyone here has a faulty product.
Sadly, a product that is good but lasts 1 month is worth no more than 1 star

This is an important one while gaming, yes it does get hot but you wont feel it while gaming as the area is hottest only above the keyboard and a bit hot on the lined up numbers
.I love the design and the material quality, the fans are a bit loud under heavy load, but it is to be expected when you cram power into a relatively small box
Yes the fans are a bit louder than my previous laptop, but they are not excessively noisy.

buyed this laptop from panama, like it so far, feels pretty solid and no problem so far, the screen isnt very bright but not a big deal and the sounds quuality its pretty good, saw all the negative reviews and i got none of those problem, the keyboard works fine, updated nvidia software throgh geforce experience, runs most game on the highest setting, laptop get hot when gaming so recomend to buy a coolerpad
After reading in 100 reviews that they didn't like the dim scree, I was expecting a horrible dark screen like some cheap chinese tablets
Ignore any reviews about the screen brightness and color not being the best, because I found everything about this Laptop to be first class
It could change this year if you want to see for yourself!- Potential upgrade required for BIOS, or incorrect version of GeForce programs: I saw a couple reviews complaining about this, and just like the most helpful review here, I did not have any hiccups or errors regarding the BIOS problem that another reviewer had

The only problem I would say is possible heat constraints and or fan noise when gaming at max settings
Unit is also pretty quiet during regular use, I can’t hear any fan noise at all in the office
Fan noise did kick up quite a bit as expected (just like my desktop 970) but the pitch from the laptop is a bit higher so it more noticeable but not distracting unless you have game volume very low.

Amazing I bought mine with 1tb hd easy to install runs everything at high-ultra 60fps
(Acer Aspire E 15) was a noob compared to this beastly computer
Also the windows....even with updates , bios, etc it gives MAJOR stutter, it gives 1 sec freeze when doing UAC prompt, when i click on battery icon, so basically the windows gets messed up when u have BOTH intel and NVIDIA display drivers on, If you turn off one of the displays windows works wonderful, When i spoke to Acer they told me disable intel driver permanently... got to be joking right
2.there are usual windows 10 problems, bloatware, unneeded features, and driver and other things not be up to date
Had my unit about 2 weeks, and after a totally clean windows install (I recommend NOT using the drivers on ACER's site, I got notably worse performance and over all useless resource drain, I tried many combinations and as is with a clean install yielded the best results
