The mobile CPU is amazing, in that I can watch it throttle from 800mHz to over 3mHz while providing desktop-class performance while still maintaining exceptional battery life - all while never triggering an audible fan (I can, of course, trigger the fan by setting the CPU to high performance, or by doing something taxing long term like a video encoding or significant compile).Despite the fact that Windows laptops are still years behind Apple in adopting retina displays - 1080p still persists everywhere in Windows laptop land - this is an excellent IPS display with great brightness and color

Surface Pro 4 active pen actually works on the Acer Spin 5 display
