i got this headset two days ago, after 20 min, you start to hear static noise, restarting the headset fix that for another 20 min, I tested that on conference calls and listening to music, all the same.i am returning this headset back to Amazon.

I have been told that there is some scratchy noise when I have used it for conference calls, but not consistently.
