Looks like this thing is useless to me unless it's broken and needs replacement.

Then the next thing I know the other legs starts falling apart and even the head holding the phone to the stand is broken, and I must say I am not rough at all with the product

Sent me a dead battery on arrival for the scratched up blue tooth remote that comes with it.

Only thing I'd recommend is to be fairly gentle with using this product as the cheap plastic is easy to break/damage - I've had a part replaced already (but I'd like to note that the seller is more than willing to provide replacement parts)

I was not rough with it at all just pulled the piece open and the springs popped out and I lost the pieces to be able to attempt to put it back together.

When our hike was over and we were unpacking, we noticed one of the knobs to tighten the piece that stabilizes the phone was missing
