Anker found out about the problem I had (I didn't even contact them myself) and sent me some very professional and nice e-mails offering to remedy the situation
The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is that it fulfills the promise of charging at full speed and the PowerIQ port works as expected

This worked great for about 4 months and then died all of a sudden.
but so far it's worked great on the speaker I tried out
Charges better than the one that came with the phone; works great with my Galaxy S4
The first one I received was not working properly, the slightest movement caused it to lose contact and the phone would constantly be connecting/disconnecting or saying it was charging under low power with estimated charging times over 7 hours
Anyways, this new one works great and I haven't had any problems with it at all
I have been able to connect to it using battery power as well as when it was charging.
I am giving it 4 stars because It did die after 6 months, however I would give the company 5 stars
Works good, didn't give 5 star because it doesn't have led light to show when its on, but it charges fast.
5 stars for their customer service!Of course, I will re-write the review if the product mysteriously breaks again._______________________________________________________________________Original Review: Even after reading the bad reviews, I bought it since it's cheap
A little longer cord would have granted this very nice charger 5 stars.
Bought 2 units on sale for $20 each; great value for money; I use it for watching TV -- transmitter mode unit plugged in to the TV (with usb power from the TV), and receiver mode unit bound (using a rubber band) on a $40 Skullcandy headset (which comes with a detachable cable)I sit somewhat close to my TV (3 - 4 feet away); sound is good and clear; no noticeable lip-sync lag
I went through several transmitter and receivers and always ended up returning them because of the terrible lip sync
I really like the build quality and attention to detail that Anker has put into this unit, Only one minor quibble: the curly cord is so tight that it doesn't stretch far before springing back
Works great as a transmitter, and I can't detect any lip sync issues
zero lip-sync delay between the TV video and its AudioBrightech promises a 3 year personal warranty which makes me think they have faith in their own product and plan on staying in business.+++The bottom line is I put my currently owned high quality electronic devices to use by spending a total of $80 as to NOT have to deal with a pair of cheap bluetooth headphones that would probably sound cheap and then fall apart in a month or two, and or, have to deal with the Deadly "Bluetooth TV Lip Sync Delay Issue"
