If the interface had informed me it was not properly "licensed" rather than telling me I needed to renew my subscription to creative cloud I would have been able to figure it out

Recently, I discontinued my Creative Cloud service and decided to buy Acrobat Pro here, a desktop copy on CD

I like the intuitive interface which makes it easy to use the software.

As far as I can see my purchase of the software doesn't do anything more than what FREE ADOBE READER would do

After more than 2 hours on chat, just going in circles, long, long, pauses for chat responses and giving my s/n and all my info tech support can't solve the issue and I have to end the chat due to another appointment

While I love Adobe products, I have to say the customer care and tech support have gone into an abyss of idiocy
