I originally purchased just one unit, to test for myself, and was so impressed my company purchased more for all the staff working the phones to use

Definitely a good buy, just add some foam on the metal wire or use the product package foam if you don't want to spend the extra money!

We had problems with 2 of the headsets we have received because their disconnect button would not hang up the calls after about a week we did return 1 headset and purchased replacement ones we kept the other one as a back up because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

This isn't used for extensive, all-day phone calls (such as in a call center), and the 5-star review is for it being what it is, a cheap and affordable headset to use for a few hours a week to avoid the dreaded shoulder scrunch of holding a phone in place with no hands.

I used the white foam type piece that comes in the package to protect the headset and i wrapped it slowly around the metal wire

Overall this is an excellent value and a great headset for the price.

callers cam hear my radio in background they r supposed to cancel background noises

Microphone does a good job of cancelling out background noise (screaming kids) and is clear to the caller on the other side
