I got this for work because I work at home, It works well and has a great price, have no issues hearing on it or others hearing me

Great affordable work phone I’ve used mines for almost a year now and it serves it’s purpose.

Love my new work from.home phone.received more than i expected out of it...deluvered when promised

I like that it allows hands-free work on a POTS line (plain old telephone service) when dialed into a computer line for call center style servicing

I have the dial pad and oaneaodwd head set works fine though

I couldn't be happier and for the price... it really is a great buy!

But the entire unit is bad

Well, I've had this unit a little over a month and it quit working on me yestersay for no reason

The device works but the headset is not really comfortable

Headset seems a little fragile, but has held up pretty well so far.

The headset is comfortable and the sound is crisp and clear

The headset itself feels cheap, but nice and lightweight, but almost too much so that it feels like it's falling forward.

Great phone very clear sound was a little difficult to program the onboard features but other than I would definitely order again 4.5 stars

I love this phone but the cushion for the ear piece falls off every time i use it and then it starts to hurt my ear without having the cushion on.

With that said it's still an excellent phone for at home small office and great price!!!

The phone will no longer hang up by pushing the on and off button.

I love that I can adjust the volume to be almost non-existent, the automatic pick-up of phone calls, the sound quality is great and I love it

Without the adapter, it works better for me (I can hear myself) but seems to be worse sound quality for the caller.

I use it for work and it has great sound quality and clarity.

Item works great, no issues.

Great for the price, no problems with background noise or customers hearing me, but I'm not sure if the headphones are the best or my customers really suck at speaking lol

It was perfect for work use as well as for personal use

So, bear this in mind if you decide to purchase this item, but I recommend that you don't waste your money.

I have not even had this phone 6 months and it has a loud noise and my customer can not hear anything I'm saying half the time it will not allow me to answer the phone I am now being put out of work until I get another phone this phone was a waste of my money and is just junk do not buy this phone spend a little more money and get a better quality phone
