Didn’t like it at first until I watched a few YouTube videos & figured out how to attach it to my vent properly.. was super frustrating with the dumb directions.. but figured it out & it’s great works perfectly for my transportation business holds up well with all the city bumps 🙌

It worked the way its supposed to I guess, but just like many other phone holders it doesn't work if you have a hefty case around your phone already.

Like other vent mounts I've had, instead of a wimpy weak little spring loaded clamp to secure it to the vent louver, this mount has a "finger" that clips on the back edge of the louver that when tightened down will not let the holder come loose...even over a bumpy road.

I just got a new credit card holder with a pop socket and the holder is just a little bit too shallow to hold it securely

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish it were just a little bit wider for better ease with my phone case, but almost perfect.

It is a bit tricky to install, but showed promise, Until I actually had a chance to use it.

I would recommend having a bit proper tutorial how remove it from vent as gentle push shown in amazon video definitely does not work!

You need to make sure you have the right vent fins.

If you plan to use this on a 2014 Civic (probably some other years as well), make sure you get it on the right fin the first try.

The screw on the back of the latching portion can be loosened to allow the hook portion to go deeper and hook the back of one of the vent fins.

It wobbles side to side on some bumpy roads but it has yet to drop, break or fall off unlike the other vent type phone holders

This is a perfect air vent mount to secure my iPhone in my BMW.

It was a little difficult to find a place to install in my car because the ac vent blades are so long in the Ford Escape

the hooks to grab the back of the AC vent blades are not that long

So the shape/width of your vent blades make a difference with this product.

Don’t like that it can warp/change the shape of the vent blade you install it on

It damages the plastic horizontal pieces of the vent

I lost the piece that tightens the ball into the socket

Barely any pressure broke off the piece holding the spring... certainly not exchanging for a replacement.
