It's a cheap and super hollow door, but now blocks sound as well as my living room door, and it looks stylish as heck with the alternating directions!As a side note, if you want to sound proof a window for really cheap, you could screw anchors in to a wall, run wire / twine / string from one side of the window to the other, and stuff bulky cloth materials between the twine and window (like pillows, quilts, and stuff)... and now you have an extra dark and quiet bedroom for awesome sleep any time of day!
