The USB port was slightly loose when it arrived, and now after only a few uses it has broken off the controller board and fallen back inside the case

However, the usb port that plugs into the device is flimsy and held only by weak solder joints

They only attached the mini-usb port to the circuit board with solder and it ripped the circuit
