I love the pads and the knobs

This is a great pad for the money, and for me, the back-lighting and control knobs really make it worth the money.

The knobs are far enough apart so that you can use them with two hands at a time (something not as possible on some of the other

The pads are reasonably responsive, the knobs all work beautifully, and the backlighting feature is very useful compared to the Korg Nano controllers and other Akai controllers (the trigger finger, for example)

The knobs feel just good, I found more pleasent these ones over the ones that comes with the novation launchkey
