For dance, rock, or other music genres that likes bass, setting the headphones club setting to 'Large' gives a nice bass boost which is deep and tight, not boomy
All cords when break down when you are moving around and the cord is plugged up, with the replaceable cord you don't have to toss or go figure out a repair you just buy another cord and it plugs in and you are back in business.
181's have a little wider range and a replaceable cord, lay flat, quality construction, are a little snug, earpads are removeable and can be replaced.please check out my underground broadcast,
