Was looking for a quality griddle with a solid handle and non warping base

Had the handle felt a bit more solid to grab, this would have been a 5-star performer.

Unfortunately the handle while remaining cool is not comfortable to hold.

The metal is too thin - when frying eggs, the cooking surface warps such that the cooking surface is curved and the egg runs down to the low spot - otherwise excellent for non-liquid foods such as home-fry potatoes.
