This thing is absolutely amazing

The only thing, (that probably is a problem with even the more expensive bike racks) is the metal straps scratching your car

I am astonished the manufacturer does not already have the clips dipped in plastic or have plastic covers over them, this thing will destroy your car’s paint if you don’t use some kind of protection

I have a Specialized mountain bike I bought for $1,400 and trust this thing with it

It works fine , the only thing is that i lt will scratch your trunk , i have used it 3 times and i already have scratches on my trunk

This thing has held up so well over 100 trips and some of those were over 1000 miles

I notice this bike rack being used at a lot of local trails, and everyone has great things to say about it (myself included)

The good thing is you DO NOT have to drill holes into the car body to fix this

Caution though, this thing doesn't hold a firm grip on the bicycle and can easily be stolen off the rack

At first I was skeptical since I never used one but after accidentally hitting bumps I realized these things are pretty sturdy.

I have not tried to install it on my wifes hatchback car, but it looks like it would work finethe only thing I would say, is I wish it was easier to store the strapes when the bike is installed
