It scratched my car’s trunk

The hitch pressed into the back of the car, damaging the trunk and of course the bike tire was also ruined.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the metal clips should have some type of material to keep from eventually scratching the car trunk

It works fine , the only thing is that i lt will scratch your trunk , i have used it 3 times and i already have scratches on my trunk

I drive a 2013 Honda Accord coupe, and this rack dented the trunk and allowed the pedal of the closest bike (a regular adult Schwinn ranger) to scratch the trunk

I used sticky-back cloth strips (the kind that velcro sticks to) on all metal hooks to ensure no paint scratching; I tied knots in the lines after tightening each hook; I used excess line from side straps to secure both my pedals (if not secured, they scratch the trunk) and the front wheel

The biggest issue that I had with this was that it scuffed my trunk of my Ford Taurus.

It's very easy to assemble but you need to get something to out between the hocks and your trunk surface otherwise will damage your back trunk

It says for 2 bikes, but I use the holder the furthest away from my car because when I tried mounting my bike nearest the car, my bike pedal would have scratched the trunk
