Like the USB ports, useful and don't have to use a separate outlet just for USB.

The USB ports work fine for me to charge my phone, tablet, etc, and I can't really tell much of a difference between using it and a stock charger, for a phone

The ring security system utilizes a usb to wall adapter type of charger, so I was able to eliminate a wall plug, and utilize the USB port, freeing up one extra outlet

I like the USB ports on it, though I haven't even tried them because if where I've chosen to use it

This is kind of difficult when you have kids using it, and it's in an awkward space to get to (low outlet/next to a desk).

I love that it has the USB ports on the top because that helped to free up outlet space for other items that I needed
