The app. was a pain to get working, and it's required for the cameras so even the initial setup was rocky.

Easy setup, great quality picture and sound, and the app is easy to use.

The setup was not too difficult and I loved being able to see what was happening at the restaurant when we were not there

Also the app does not have custom notification capability, so even if notifications were reliable, I would have to set my phone default notification to some loud sound in order for me to hear them, which I did.

The only way I can restore alerts is to turn sound off and back on in camera settings, notifications, cloud cam, sound; once i do that and walk into a room to retest it, the alert is almost always received on my phone but occasionally if I reenter the room five minutes later it may not send an alert until I turn sound off and back on

Home/Away enabled, it keeps notifying me of motion in my living room, and as the notification also manifests itself with a vibration on my Apple Watch, it is very irritating that the system is not working properly

However, given the functionality and the price, it's a great product.

Not a bad product, just not what I was expecting, and does not meet my needs.

It was "on", it was "working", meaning I could look at my cloud camera account or the app and see that the camera was "working", but it was not being triggered by any movement at all and was not recording any events at all

but the audio broadcast over the camera is so quiet that you cannot hear it unless there is no other background noise in the area

Usually, if I just see movement, I don't stress as it may be a bug or other movements (like wind blowing something over) in the house.

If you want to install in a high location (corner of a room, for example) you either have to dangle an ugly wire down to an outlet or install an outlet at the top of the wall, which also looks odd.
